oasis house show's winter season, grief songs, is upon us - our third year!

 

 

 

grief songs is a warm holding space… 🕯 

to cultivate our capacity to fully be with what is.... 🌌

 

to show up for ourselves & each other, growing roots to strengthen and expand from... 🌱

to experience the deep love within presence. 💗

 

 

 

grief songs is a three-part series that lasts all winter - and very intentionally so.  Processing grief has its own timeline ~ specifically in this culture that lacks support and creates repression in us.  More than a single event, the season serves as a long, wide container to help hold and integrate our own unique grief at the pace it naturally moves.  We'll process different themes at each event: a loose framework for cultivating soul-support at different levels.  

Wherever you find yourself in your relationship to loss, this is an invitation to practice holding yourself and the community in a more holistic, more full, more human way. A place to practice being held as your whole self. 

 

You are invited to attend all events and create the journey with us:

This series is free as a gift to our community.  

For those who choose to donate, we'll contribute all proceeds to a fundraiser for One Love Prison Meditation Project: "We know every person is worthy of love and support and we bring care to people who are incarcerated through the power of our meditation classes." Fundraiser link forthcoming.

 

I feel we are doing vital work through learning to be with grief. I hope to share this space with you. We have a few openings if you're interested in sharing a song or other piece of art~ please reach out!
